Trump Selling Bibles Is Good News

As most of us know by now, yesterday Donald Trump announced that he was partnering with Lee Greenwood to sell what are called the “God Bless the USA” Bibles. It includes both the KJV Bible AND a number of documents related to the founding of America, all in one book.

To some people, including myself, it seems like a very unsettling combination of the Kingdom of God and the Kingdom of America. A deliberate mixture, or confusion, of the things of heaven with the things of this world.

The Teflon Don Rides Again

In just the latest example of how Donald Trump is truly the Teflon Don, today a New York appeals court gave him 10 more days to post a $175 million bond and satisfy the judgment in his New York civil fraud case. This is a substantially lower amount than the $454 million initially required.

This is clearly a huge win for Trump, who was potentially looking at a devastating financial blow if he was unable to post the nearly half-billion-dollar bond by today’s deadline. And yet, his ability to find a way out of these situations isn’t anything new.

The Sign of Jonah and the April 8th Eclipse

There are a number of videos on YouTube talking about the “Sign of Jonah” and how it is related to the April 8th total solar eclipse. In these videos, the eclipse is seen as a warning of impending judgment on America, and a sign that the rapture is once again just around the corner.

Can Trump Use Truth Social Windfall to Pay New York Fine?

Today on Truth Social, Donald Trump posted a link to an article on Brietbart entitled “The Truth About Trump’s Truth Social Windfall”, which looks at the incredible fortune Trump stands to gain.

For the most part, the article takes a positive view of Trump, which should be expected on Brietbart, of course. But it is also surprisingly objective in discussing some of Trump’s problems in raising cash, and the legal difficulties he’s facing.

Donald Trump is Everywhere

Even during the holiday season the news has often revolved around him. Either Trump is proclaiming that he had saved Christmas by bringing back the words “Merry Christmas, or we see traditional fireworks displays that we all love somehow ending up spelling out the name of Trump.

Trump’s Snake Poem

Back in 2016, Donald Trump began to do something very strange for most politicians: he would pull a piece of paper from his pocket on which he had written the lyrics to a song more than 50 years old. He would then read those lyrics with glee, but interpret them in a new and darker light.

Trump usually referred to the words he read as a poem, which he still does to this day. In fact, they are the lyrics to a song called “The Snake”, which was written and first recorded by civil-rights activist Oscar Brown in 1963. A few years later, the song became a hit single for Al Wilson in 1968.
