It’s now been just over two years since Donald Trump reluctantly left office, and yet he remains in the headlines on an almost daily basis. Whether attacking his perceived enemies, or promoting himself beyond all measure, Trump simply dominates the news cycle like no one ever has.

Trump is lashing out at levels unseen before, even for him. Several weeks back he even changed his Truth Social avatar to that of his face painted red, white and blue. For those who aren’t getting the symbolism involved, this is war paint, and Trump is going to war.

Tens of millions of Americans are absolutely loyal to Trump, with most of them also identifying as Christian – despite the fact that Trump is the antithesis of everything that Christianity has always stood for. It’s also despite the fact that the bible warned us about a figure just like Trump.

So, as a lot of us have heard about already, The New York Times published an interview with Donald Trump on Thursday, and one of his answers to a question was truly stunning.

With all the news about Trump’s aggression toward Venezuela and his threats toward other nations, including Greenland, and the outrage with what happened yesterday in Minnesota, there’s something else he said a week ago that flew under the radar.

Specifically, Trump made a post to Truth Social on New Year’s eve in which he made a strange remark that may have hinted at something to come. Here is what he said.

Let’s talk for a minute about a verse in the Bible which speaks about how the Antichrist will have extraordinary power in the last days, but it won’t be his own power. That verse is Daniel 8:24, and reads as follows: “And his power shall be mighty, but not by his own power:”

As we all know, Donald Trump has always had a love/hate relationship with the media. He absolutely loves the constant attention, but bristles at even the slightest criticism, which he inevitably calls Fake News.

But what a lot of people don’t know about Trump is that he actually has a plan to get rid of all the so-called fake news. To stop people from criticizing him in the media. That plan is twofold.

Of all the Bible prophecies about the Antichrist, there is one that stands out above the others because it has clearly been fulfilled. Even more, that prophecy was spoken by Jesus Himself.
