Prayer Request Video

To all of us who are Christian, we know – or should know – the power of prayer. The Bible clearly teaches us to not only ask God for what we need, and for His guidance, but to even pray for our enemies.

But the power of prayer is not just found in our seeking God’s help, or in our praying for others, but in that of others praying for us, as well. Because, after all, each of us needs God’s help at something. And that is the reason for this video.

You see, in just about every one of my previous videos, which number well over 500 at this point, I’ll see at least one person ask for prayer for themselves or for a loved one. Often there are multiple requests for prayer in the same video.

Unfortunately, what generally happens is that most of these prayer requests just aren’t seen by very many people, and that’s because the comments posted within the first couple of hours after a video is uploaded are the ones which get the most attention.

Occasionally I’ll see a prayer request on an old video going back a few months or even longer, and it’s obvious that no one has seen it or responded to it at all – which, of course, is very sad. So, I thought it might be a good idea to have a video dedicated to prayer requests.

The purpose of this video, then, is for us to post our own prayer requests, and also for us to pray for others who may need help from God. I’m going to also leave a prayer request of my own below.

Now, you don’t have to feel obligated to leave a comment for someone seeking prayer, just pray for them. Ask God to help them, and that His will would be done.

And please check back in on this video from time to time, not only to see who may have offered prayers for you, but to find out if someone else is also requesting prayer for themselves or a loved one.

Remember, not everyone will comment within the first few hours of a video being uploaded, so there could be a prayer request made several days or even weeks down the road.

By the way, I will probably do more of these prayer request videos, God willing, because 2025 is definitely shaping up as a year when we must pray without ceasing.
