Antichrist 45

In a recent video of mine I talked about how Donald Trump is poisoning Christianity, and how this is effectively causing many Christians to become just like he is … which is vengeful and full of hatred.

I was thinking about that today, so I decided to take a few moments to review comments on different videos, and to specifically look at what Trump supporters have been saying in recent weeks.

After doing so, I can only conclude one thing: the delusion that is running through so much of the church is getting more and more pronounced. Some of the comments are a bit humorous to me, but several others are very disturbing. Let me show you what I mean.

There was an interesting news story from earlier today about how Trump is connecting with a different type of Evangelical voter. And these voters are not just the churchgoing, conservative activists who once dominated the G.O.P.

The article is in the New York Times, and I realize that many of you will therefor dismiss it out of hand for that very reason. But here’s why you shouldn’t: The article is not an opinion piece, nor is it making hard-to-substantiate claims based on anonymous sources.

Instead, it is quoting actual Trump supporters, who go on record with how they feel about #45, and what they have to say is eye-opening, indeed. I’ll put a link to the article in the description below, but here are a few quotes that stood out to me.

Donald Trump just posted a video about himself on Truth Social, one that is entitled “God Made Trump.” The narration is designed to sound like it’s being read from the bible. Also, Trump is referred to as “the shepherd to mankind who won’t ever leave nor forsake them.”

Trump’s video is based on a famous Paul Harvey speech called “So God Made a Farmer.” Here’s is the text of Trump’s version:

It’s getting more and more difficult to tune into the news anymore, as wars and rumors of wars fill the headlines each day. Nearly all of us have been inundated with the constant drone of war, destruction, and death.

From Russia’s invasion of Ukraine back in 2022, to the Hamas attack on Israel this year – and subsequent response by Israel – to current reports that Hamas is attempting to expand their attacks into Europe.

To many of us, it seems as if World War 3 is rapidly approaching, and it’s just a matter of time before nuclear weapons are used and the world is engulfed in flames. And, in many ways, it seems as if the world is already ablaze.

If there’s been one phrase that has gained more and more popularity in recent decades among Christians, especially those interested in bible prophecy, that phrase would undoubtedly be “The New World Order.”

Most often this phrase is used to describe the efforts of those attempting to bring about a global system of control; a totalitarian one-world government, which eventually will result in the rise of the Antichrist and the Mark of the Beast.

In yet another example of what Trump WANTS us to believe about him, this weekend he posted an image from one of his ultra-MAGA supporters – an image which was emblazoned with the words “God anointed him to save us from evil.”

Within those words are three separate lies. First, that God anointed him. Second, that he is our savior. Third, that he is fighting evil.

Earlier today on Truth Social, Donald Trump posted a video of a large number of boats flying Trump flags and American flags set to the music of “Hold on, I’m coming” an older song by Sam and Dave.

I’d play more than a few seconds of the song but YouTube would block me for copyright infringement so, I’ll just play a snippet here and there.

But in this video you can feel the amount of loyalty these people have to Donald Trump. No one else matters on the political scene. They’re going to vote for him come hell or high water.

In case you didn’t read or hear about it, we have yet another over-the-top statement about Trump saving the world, this one made by Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán.

In an interview with Tucker Carlson, Orbán stated that Trump is the man who can not only save the Western world, but that he will probably also save human beings around the globe.

What makes his statement more remarkable is that Trump himself posted it on his Truth Social account, so that everyone understands how highly he’s thought of. And to also reinforce the idea that he is our savior.

Donald Trump’s mugshot has caused quite a stir, as nearly everyone knows, and a variety of reactions, as well. While Trump’s supporters seem to love the sternness, the defiance, and even the anger on Trump’s face, others have only one word for how he looks: evil.

Of course, just like beauty, saying that something “looks evil” is a bit in the eye of the beholder. Whereas some see a tough guy defending America, others see an evil desire for vengeance.

Just thought I’d do a quick video about the CBS/YouGov poll released a day or two ago, as it is a stunning reminder of how so many of Donald Trump’s followers have an alternate reality when it comes to his honesty.

In the poll, Trump voters were asked who they felt was most likely to tell them the truth and 71 percent answered Trump, a higher number than their friends and family, conservative media figures, and religious leaders. This could be Donald Trump’s biggest con.
