Trump’s Message to Christians: Hold on for My 2nd Coming

Earlier today on Truth Social, Donald Trump posted a video of a large number of boats flying Trump flags and American flags set to the music of “Hold on, I’m coming” an older song by Sam and Dave.

I’d play more than a few seconds of the song but YouTube would block me for copyright infringement so, I’ll just play a snippet here and there.

But in this video you can feel the amount of loyalty these people have to Donald Trump. No one else matters on the political scene. They’re going to vote for him come hell or high water.

And this combination of Trump’s name and the American flag is very powerful. We only have to remember back to 9 11 when this country basically became United after the attack and nearly every American felt a strong sense of patriotism.

That feeling is beginning to resurface again. You can feel the undercurrent of this growing Ultra patriotism throughout the country.

Tens of millions of Americans are ready to get back into this Ultra patriotism mindset where America is first. America can do no wrong, America is great and every other country is second to us.

But it’s more than just this Ultra patriotism. It’s the combination of Trump AND patriotism that makes this so dangerous. The America is Trump and Trump is America kind of attitude with so many of these people.

And the song itself also is not by accident. Trump is once again portraying himself as the savior of America. Hold on I’m coming! As bad as things might seem right now, just wait until I get back. My second coming will fix everything. I have my reward with me. It will all be better when I return again.

And the question of the day for Trump supporters who are Christian is this. Imagine if Obama had done or said the things that Trump has. Imagine if Obama had portrayed himself as Savior of the country, as Savior of the western world, even as Savior of all humanity.

But these are the things that HAVE happened with Trump, and yet Christians don’t seem to bat an eye over this. It’s truly amazing. If this isn’t the strong delusion, I don’t know what is. ♦
